HOCKEY FANS BEWARE. I came on June 8th for the Hawks Tampa game. However this wasn't even the featured game. My party had to beg to get some TV's switch the Stanley Cup Playoffs. They refused to play it's audio too. The vast majority of people were there for the game. Service was mediocre at best and our orders were messed up. Won't be returning.

Good service, lots of TVs, nothing more that you can ask for at a BDubs. Prices are good, and the food is super filling. Workers a bit slow when there are a lot of people, and their drink specials aren't anything to go nuts about, but if you want wings, sports, and beer, this is probably the place to go.

This restaurant is fine. The food is fine, the service is mediocre but nothing grossly errant has happened on our dozen trips there. Their hostess did forget to bring us a highchair for out baby, so I had to go looking for one myself. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Always great. Best wings in the city. Quick service and coloring for the kid. This is a weekly staple.

We had a large group for dinner during the NCAA basketball Elite 8 weekend and we had exceptional service! We all enjoyed our dinner and despite how busy the restaurant was, all of our needs were attended to. One of my best experiences at a BWW!

Food was cold and took forever to get service during a slow hour with a lot of workers walking around! Even 10 minutes to bring our bill!

For the past four years my friends and I have frequented this BW3 location to watch UFC events, and in the past year the quality of food has dropped dramatically. Everything is a disappointment: Stale bread for sandwiches, overcooked wings that are dry and rock hard, and draft beer what tastes like vinegar (a sign that they don't clean the lines from the keg). The service has also slumped and the main goal of the wait staff is to push bottles of their wing sauce, not refill your drink or serve your food on time. Worst of all the prices have skyrocketed. My wings, appetizer, and spoiled beer came to $27 and that's simply outrageous. The spoiled beer really bothers me. I told the waitress it tasted bad and she replaced with a glass that somehow tasted worse. I didn't finish it, but I was still charged for both glasses. This is unacceptable service, especially considering the large volume of Bar and Grill establishments in Grand Rapids.

Probably the worst of the area collection of BDubs. Barely any service and the food just isn't up to par with other locations.

This is BY FAR the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings that I have ever been to!! My wife and I stopped their for a late afternoon lunch a few weeks ago to avoid the crowds. The restaurant wasn't busy so I am still trying to figure why it took a half an hour to get our drinks and almost an hour for our food. This was the second time that we've been there and have had the same terrible service. I'll go back to any other BW3 but not a chance in hell back to the 28th St. location.

Great place to hang out with your friends and watch the game. No matter where you sit in this place you can see at least one HUGE screen and 4 smaller screens. The shrimp is good. Watch out on the sauces...they get pretty hot... If you are going there game day...get their early cause parking can be a challenge...and also finding a seat.

Lots of different flavors of Buffalo wings. Continuous national Trivia competition. Big screens for sports. This is a fun place!

I ordered the big jack burger, 8 asian zing boneless wings, and a pepsi. Lets start with the burger the big jack has pulled pork with honey bbq on the burger along with 2 onion rings. The burger was very tasty. Not going to say it's the best burger ever but well above average. As for the wings, BW3's has the best wings. I love the honey bbq or the asian zing. The asian wings are awesome! They are deceptively hot. You'll eat 5, 10, maybe 15 and be perfectly fine then you eat 1 more and BAM your mouth is on fire. You can drink milk and the fire goes out then you eat 1 more and bam the fire flares right back. Yowza though do they ever taste Sooooo good! Lastly they were attentive to keeping my pop filled up. Bdubs is pricey however the prices are right on par with other good wing places. You can have good or cheap, almost never can you have both!

Just grabbing drinks for the time being with some friends. Service is always great here at this location. Many tv's going on with tons of different sports going on, not a bad experience overall.

Best wings in Grand Rapids. The dry rubs are worth trying especially the Chipotle barbecue
